Terms and conditions participants

Notification

The registration for the conference takes place by (or on behalf of) the participant filled in the registration form. By completing your registration, then the agreement is realized, and you automatically agree to the terms and conditions. You will receive a confirmation of registration by email immediately. After registration, you will be entitled to attend the meeting and the sessions for which you are registered.


Payment

By registering, the participant is required to pay the conference fee. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the billing address, name and any required purchase and/or order numbers. The invoice will be available by opening the link in the confirmation of registration. The invoice must be paid within the payment period. If necessary, you will receive a reminder. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, Congres4u will increase the invoice with €40 for extra costs. The cost for debt collection and/or extrajudicial costs shall be borne by the participant.


Cancellation

The cancellation conditions are stated on the first page of the application form and on your confirmation of registration. If no cancellation policy is included, the following conditions apply: cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before the conference date by email (info@congres4u.nl) indicating the name and date of the meeting. After receiving your e-mail, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the conference for any reason whatsoever, no refund can be made.

You may send an alternate tot the conference without additional charge.

Liability

Congres4u excludes all liability for – cancellation or reschedule of the conference, change of the program or change of the date. – damages arising as a result of registration, payment, or participation in the conference. – theft, loss or damage to or of goods and/or persons.
